Welcome to Twisted Spur, there is nothing we strive for more than beautiful custom pieces that are not only eye appealing, but useful in everyday situations. 

 

My grandmoth first taught my mother how to bead from peyote and loom beading to hand embroidery. In the memory of my grandmother I have decided to make a family memory into a succesful business that I love!

 

There is nothing more enjoyable than the smell of leather and the glossy sheen of beads together. Making custom items is not all ways the easiest, but who doesnt love a good challenge every now and then. 

 

Every single bead is strung by me by my hands one small bead at a time, an average of 8 hours just beading goes into each custom piece. This does not include intricate designs  or scenes such as the bead belt pictured below.Several thousands of beads go into each item that is why I have chosen to use a high quality Japanese seed bead with exquisite colors, but also amazing uniformaty. 

 

Pairing these high quality beads with Herman Oak leather produces an overall phenomenal appeal to the eye and fantastic for everyday use.
